An Integrated LC-MS + Microcoil NMR Platform Evaluated In Identification of Drug Metabolites

The LC-MS NMR platform was able to identify the 7 compounds in the test mixture at the sub-microgram level. NMR proved to be a valuable orthogonal method in resolving ambiguities in MS results and independently support proposed structures consistent with MS data.
