摘要

The combination of cell fractionation and mass spectrometry reveals a complex response to RA treatment, involving upregulation of numerous biological processes. Many of these processes are known to be involved in differentiation, cell-cell interactions, and immunity. Despite the apoptotic phenotype observed, arsenic treatment appears to have more specific effects on the proteome, including targeted degradation of PML protein.
