Targeted Approach to the Identification of Theoretical Proteins from Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae 232 strain

MRM triggered MS/MS approach in conjunction with specific software were used to identify theoretically derived proteins from M.hyopneumoniae 232 strain genome. Novel proteins and those only observed once using other mass spectrometry based experiments were detected using this approach.
