DETERMINATION OF NOVEL P53 INTERACTING PROTEINS

Utilizing immuno-affinity purification in combination with SILAC and high accuracy MS we have identified a number of novel P53 interacting candidates. By using SILAC, we could eliminate many false positive interactors. This approach can be applied to identify interactors of any protein or bait.
