Sample treatment optimized by SPE: no loss due to the treatment of samples in case of iPrMPA searched in rat and human urines. Optimization of LC/ESI/MRM analytical method allowing the identification and quantitation of organophosphorus nerve agents free metabolites (except tabun) in urine samples with a single treatment and a single injection giving a satisfactory sensitivity (worst LOD velence 5 ng/mL). Short-life free metabolite of sarin iPrMPA mostly excreted in the first 5h after the poisoning and hardly detected in rat urine after 48h. Prospects: identification of long-life metabolites in plasma.
