Quantification of triacylglycerol regioisomers present in lipid extracts by CID and CID/OzID techniques

摘要

CID/OzID spectra clearly distinguish sn-positional isomers of TAGs for sensitive identification. The novel combinations of CID and OzID can detect double bond positions on unsaturated FA with specific location on glycerol backbone (i.e, sn-1, sn-2). Calibration curve from CID of sn-isomeric TAG standard mixtures are convenient for quantification of regioisomeric TAGs in complex lipid extracts.
