Quantitative Phosphoproteome Analysis of the TNF-Signaling Protein having Biphasic Phos-tag/C18 Tip Separation between iTRAQ-Labeling and MS Analysis

We improved the phosphopeptide ennichment by the biphasic Phostag/C18 tip. Applying this method in addition to iTRAQ labeling, we succeeded in the quantitative phosphoproteomic analysis of TNF-alpha signaling. More importantly, the valuable information was achieved from a small amount of samples. Thus, this method is highly sensitive yet simple, being performed in a single enrichment and separation process.
