摘要

A reproducible protein fractionatio method was developed using a monolithic column. The additional protein separation step resulted in a doubling of detected monoisotopic peptide peaks (22,500 vs. 9,700). Low abundant proteins were detected and can be enriched. In this pilot experiment peptide masses are found which are able to detect presymptomatic Alzheimer's disease.
