Protein LC/MS With On-line Fraction Collection, Enzymatic Digestion, and Rapid-Infusion MS/MS

The DualSpray source provides the "lock mass" correction capabilities afforded by Waters TOF instruments. Whole protein separations can be affected on reversed-phase columns using elevated temperatures. MaxEnt deconvolution of whole protein spectra followed by enzyme digestion, data-dependent infusion analysis, and ProteinPilot database searching can provide complementary information from complex protein samples.
