Isolation and characterization of GST-fusion proteins by GSH-bound gold nanodots for MALDI MS analysis

摘要

The results demonstrate that our Au@GSH NDs can be used as effective affinity probes for GST and GST-fusion proteins. Owing to the visible fluorescence of the NDs, the presence of GST and GST fusion proteins can be easily examined by few operation steps. The approach is very suitable for being used to rapidly characterize GST fusion protein from complex cell lysates.
