摘要

Metabolomics is of great utility to characterize the chemical variability of bovine milk. We demonstrated the presence of significant metabolite differences between milk varieties differing in brand, fat content, farming method, package type and expiry date. Metabolomics is an ideal technology to provide rapid information about nutritional composition and food quality.
