'Outreach Surgical Center Program Lima: A 15 years experience in Peru' P. Rossell - Perry

This is a retrospective study of the Outreach Surgical Center Program Lima experience in the cleft lip and palate management during 15 years in Peru.This is a local interdisciplinary team supported by foreign foundations as INTERPLAST and SMILE TRAIN.Our objectives include research and education for local doctors.This is a Descriptive outcome study level 1.We have operated 1478 cleft patients since 1994 to 2009 under our protocol. The surgical attention is done in relation with cleft severity based in our cleft lip and palate severity's classification.
