AREADO SUGAR PRODUCTION - POSSIBILITY IN INDIA

Areado Sugar is manufactured in Brazil, Portugal. Areado Sugar is the Non-centrifuge sugar, amorphous in nature with fast dissolving characteristics. We can not produce it in India for general consumption owing to quality constrains as controlled by BIS. The process of manufacture of Areado Sugar is similar to our conventional production of plantation white sugar by vacuum boiling. The juice obtained from mill is treated to get clear juice. The clear juice is concentrated in evaporator to get syrup. This syrup is further decolorized to decolorized syrup. This decolorized syrup is concentrated in vacuum pan.
