摘要

The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationships in a literature review between organizational learning (OL) and the characteristics of employees. The goal of this paper is to inspire organizational leaders to value a multicultural work force, and provide more learning and training opportunities for employees and minorities who may have less formal education.
