For the multi-noise resources of Olympic-games power plants & large-scale AC-DC substations, according to the process of test analysis of environmental noise, technical research and development, manufacture, installation and construction of the production, commissioning acceptance services, this paper put forward a set of relative perfect comprehensive treatment scheme, and adopted a sound environment forecast, the Greentec Expert System for the assessment, completed a supplementary noise and vibration control engineering design. This scheme meets the strict environmental standards for Olympic power plants and large-scale substations. This is rare in China's case, foreign seldom have the same content.
