The possibility of studying Bs decays at veryhigh luminosity e+e- colliders running at theenergy of the T(5S) resonance has been dis-cussed in several theoretical papers 1'2'3. Todate, most studies of the B, have been per-formed at hadron colliders, where high pro-duction rates are tempered by limited trig-gering and detection capabilities. As B fac-tories have amply demonstrated for the B°and B+, the kinematic cleanliness of reso-nant near-threshold exclusive pair produc-tion (6+T(4S) -4 BB), can open upa complementary realm of sensitivity to newphenomena. The T(5S) could play a similarrole for the B, that the T(4S) has played forthe B.
