ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY OF PRINCIPAL-AGENT PROBLEM IN SUPPLY CHAIN APPLIANCE

First, the traditional principal-agent problem was summed; then the modified form of principal-agent problem was brought up, it involves one supplier, one manufacturer and one seller; and then, the maximum profit in SCA was discussed using cooperative game theory, the profit distribution was designed among principal and agents, the two basic preconditions was made; Last, the suggestion of long-term cooperation in SCA was given.
