Intermodal freight transportation is seamless and continuous door-to-door transportation of freight on transportation modes. This article analyzes the at home and abroad present condition of the rice container transport, investigates the management conditions of the Heilongjiang rice container transportation, and puts forward a new business process management system that develops the Heilongjiang rice container intermodal transportation.
