摘要

Almost of all anionic metabolites including sugar phosphates, organic acids, and cofactors could be analyzed simultaneously by performing an IC/MS/MS method with a 30 min run time. The results of the metabolic profiling analyses revealed that some metabolites showed different signal intensities across distinct cell washing solvents. Reduced levels of metabolites were observed for the samples prepared using water, likely owing to metabolite leakage during the cell washing process. Taking all of the present results into account, our developed analytical system is a promising new tool for the practical analysis of hydrophilic anionic metabolites with high-sensitivity and accuracy.
