摘要

A novel spray and DBDI based interface for online coupling SPR with MS was designed and evaluated. Based on the principle of the DBDI ion source, the interface showed a high tolerance of non-volatile salts which would often appear in the SPR sample solutions, and the SPR-MS experiments could be operated successfully in online mode. The interface could be further used in multiple applications concerning interaction studies of unknown participants.
