摘要

In our study, the reaction between 2'-deoxyganosine and lysine was screened again and most importantly, we located the specific amino acid position involved in the crosslinking bond by analyzing the peptides-dG adduct after thermal hydrolysis and trypsin proteolysis of the intact DPCs. In conclusion, the steric hindrance plays an important role in the formation of the DPCs.
