In this study, 856 Kac sites in 493 protein groups were identified, among which 832 Kac site in 479 proteins were quantified. 141 lysine acetylation sites in 93 proteins were quantified as up-regulated targets and 110 lysine acetylation sites in 76 proteins were quantified as down-regulated targets. Intensive bioinformatic analysis was then carried out to annotate those quantifiable targets, including protein annotation, functional classification, functional enrichment, functional enrichment-based cluster analysis, etc.
