PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an esophageal carcinoma antigenic peptide useful for diagnosing the esophageal carcinoma, to provide an antibody to the antigenic peptide, and to provide methods for diagnosing the esophageal carcinoma.;SOLUTION: This human esophageal carcinoma antigenic peptide is expressed by a polynucleotide comprising any one of ten kinds of specified base sequences (refer to the specification). The method for diagnosing the human esophageal carcinoma comprising testing whether any antibody which bonds to the antigenic peptide exists in serum of an examinee or not, the antibody which bonds to the antigenic peptide, and the other method for diagnosing the human esophageal carcinoma comprising testing whether any antigenic peptide which bonds to the antibody exists in a living sample of the examinee or not are provided in the specification, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
