Effect of Mealybug Infestation on Grape Metabolomics

Single injection generic workflow for identification and confirmation of secondary metabolites using high resolution mass spectrometry Accurate mass MS and MS/MS data acquisition was done with TripleTOF 5600. Metabolites in the targeted pathways identified and confirmed by structure elucidation Further investigation of statistical analysis to be done with a higher number of sample replicates and results of up/down regulation of these metabolites has to be correlated to the polyphenol pathway to determine the effect of infestation on the pathways.
