Confirmed that the PicoChip column format can be used in nanoflow as well as for microflow applications Demonstrated PicoChip column compatibility at flow rates up to 6 μL/min. Observed 37% decrease in maximum column pressure from 6,594 psi at ambient to 4,172 psi; at 50°C at 4 μL/min. Reduced the mass spectrometer cycle time by 50% from 30 min. per injection to 15 min. per injection at 5 μL/min.
