Polyvinyl Fluoride (PVF) Bags for Exhaled Breath by Extractive Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry

摘要

The pollutants from gas collection bag do not interfere with the metabolites or with protonated morphine, fentanyl, norfenyl, or naloxone. Phenol is absent. This off-brand bag's storage time is <10% of the brand-name bag. Chemical noise is present with offline EESI-MS. Without pre-treatment, endogenous SVOCs metabolites in exhaled breath were monitored by EESI-MS offline. EESI-MS, like PTR-MS, TD-GC-MS and SIFTMS, supports offline breathomics.
