Examining liposome association and small molecule inhibition of ΔTM FAAH by HDXMS

For FAAH in detergent, the protein is dynamic and is able to incorporate deuterium over time over a majority of the peptides. Associating ΔTM FAAH to liposomes slightly complicates the digestion and as a result, fewer peptides can be followed via HDX MS compared to when the enzyme is in solution with the LMNG detergent.
