The sophisticated software developed would facilitate the creation of mass spectra library for compounds for each platform. Isotope Analysis and Fragmentation analysis facilitate the annotation for isotopes and monoisotopic ions, adducts, aggregate, neutral loss, in-source fragments and MS/MS fragments.
