Development and Qualification of a Fast and Sensitive LC-MS/MS Method for the Simultaneous Quantification of Microdosed Statins in Human Plasma

摘要

For accurate determination of statins and their metabolites, stability must be assessed during sample collection, processing, storage, extraction, and LC-MS/MS analysis. A simultaneous assay for 6 statins was developed and qualified in the concentration range of 1 to 1,000 pg/mL in human plasma using simple sample preparation method (liquid-liquid extraction).
