摘要

Nanochips-based infusion for shotgun lipidomic approach on QTRAP allows rapid screening of lipids. Markerview (PCA) and Lipid Profiler can be used as complementary tools to identify lipidic biomarkers by their different approaches (non-targeted and targeted respectively). Expression of lipids is different between daf-16, daf-2, daf-2/daf-16 mutants and N2 wild type C.elegans (TAG, PC/PE). Separative techniques are further required to identify isobaric species and improve selectivity.
