JM24 is not stable in the mouse plasma. And its half life is less than 5min 2,8-bis-trifluoromethyl-quinolin-4-ol is identified as its major metabolite in plasma. When incubate JM24 with mouse plasma, concentration of metabolite m/z 282 (2,8-bis-trifluoromethyl-quinolin-4-ol) has a linear relationship with the concentration of JM24. The in vivo experiments confirmed the formation of the metabolite of m/z 282 (2,8-bis-trifluoromethyl-quinolin-4-ol).
