The MS~(E) and both DDA analyses each resulted in about 100 proteins identified combined using the above criteria. The absolute quantification by Identity~(E) showed reasonable correlation to the PAI values calculated from the same MS~(E) dataset as is shown in the graph below (R~(2)(velence)0.64) . Correlations of IdentityE absolute amounts with the PAI values calculated from the DDA analyses were lower (R~(2)(velence)0.54 & 0.32 for Q-Tof and LTQ respectively).
