Image-based Differential Mass Spectrometry Data Analysis for the Discovery of Markers of Liver Toxicity by Metabolomics

Image-based differential mass spectrometry data analysis provides a very powerful way of quickly analyzing very large and complex data sets. Different statistical analyses can be used to detect differentially expressed metabolites in plasma and urine. Similar expression profiles have been detected in both plasma and the urine. Potential biomarkers of liver toxicity can be explored in easily accessible samples.
