摘要

A total of 83 masses corresponding to different acylcarnitines and their metabolites were detected in a single urine sample. Thirty two of these displayed more than one isomeric peak. Only 26 have been previously documented in normal urine. Structure elucidation of all isomeric peaks is currently underway.
