摘要

In this paper, we present a theoretical 3D study of an applied magnetic field influence on the electrical characteristics and parameters of a polycrystalline silicon solar cell in frequency modulation under polychromatic illumination. The influence of the applied magnetic field on the diode current density J_d, the P-V and I-V curves and the electrical parameters such as series resistance R_s, parallel equivalent resistance R_p and capacitance C of a polycrystalline silicon solar cell is then discussed.
