Electromagnetic microwave interaction with multi-wall carbonic nanotubes, doping in dielectric (thephlone-4) matrix, in frequency range 1,5-2 GHz is investigated. Is demonstrated, that the microwave loss magnitude is essentially nonmonotone depends on nanotube contain. The gigantic increase of microwave loss magnitude (more than in 400 times) at 5-10 wt.percent nanotube contain is observered. Microwave performances of carbonic nanotube structures from room to cryogenic temperatures are investigated. At decrease temperature the microwave loss magnitude in carbonic nanotube structures increase.
