Using Data-Integrity Constraints in Model-Based Design

摘要

The success of model-based software design in terms of early detection of high level (design) faults depends heavily on the way the model abstracts the software. We present a new model of software which emphasizes the integral role of data-integrity constraints in the design activity and analysis to enhance our ability to detect faults in functional and data design. We describe an application of the new model in designing a complex networking simulation software.
