How to Synthesize Experts Opinions-Building Consensus from Different Perspectives

摘要

Recent years we are engaging in a major project supported by NSF of China related to the Metasynthesis system approach originated in 1990 by Qian, Yu and Dai. In this approach we stand for integrating the data, information, model and expert's judgments for solving the open complex giant system problems. Usually we will invite a group of experts to consult their opinions on some topic of problems in order to promote decision making or finding some new idea or knowledge. But how can we utilize their opinions correctly are problems for studying itself. Within these problems the building consensus is a very important one. This paper investigates the consensus from different perspectives. According to the MDTMC (Meeting-Data-Tool-Method-Consensus) system we will describe the process of building consensus in more details.
