We numerically solve Schrodinger's wave equation under boundary conditions which generate strong chaotic dynamics. A particular system of interest is a 2D open stadium cavity. In general, we see ample fluctuations in the transport coefficients as a function of wave number. We have carried out detailed statistical analysis of such fluctuations in a wide range of the wave number. As a result, we have found some statistical transition of the fluctuations and it is intimately related to the degree of coherence of the quantum waves in the chaotic cavity.
