Telecommunications Course Management: International Case Studies and Evaluation of Alternative Systems

Each of the authors works with one or more ELMS's in his/her teaching and learning settings. These settings represent a spectrum of educational and social communities (elementary to life-long learning, local to international, etc.) The ELMS's will be characterized, evaluated and their appropriate application within different educational environments will be proposed.
