CO_2 SENSOR SYSTEM INCLUDING A MICROHEATER AND A THERMOPILE

摘要

This paper describes an electro-optical sensor used for the detection of carbon dioxide with a low limit resolution of about 100 ppm. An integrated micro-heater has been used as infrared source and a commercial thermopile as infrared sensor.
