The effect of temperature on the damping parameter acting on a pinned and vibrating magnetic domain wall is analyzed using a model of the dynamics of the magnetic wall in poly crystalline ferrites. With this model we obtained that the vibration of the wall depends on three properties: inertia (or mass) of the wall, surface energy density and damping parameter. Wall deformation is directly related to the magnetization and to the susceptibility, so that we can easily analyze the effect of the temperature on damping. We applied our results to Ni-Zn ferrites. We obtained that as the temperature increases the damping parameter, the effective mass and the surface energy density decrease and the dissipative effects are reinforced.
