Diagnosis of the style and the quality of life of workers in a Brazilian federal organization

The objective of this study was: to carry through a diagnosis of the profile of the style of life and the quality of life of workers in a Brazilian federal organization. The used instrument was the Profile of the Style of Life, under the form of questionnaire, applied to a population of 32 people. The main factors had been boarded in the analysis that influence in the quality of life and the health of the individuals as: nutrition, physical activity, social conviviality, perception of stress and related behaviors the prevention of the health. One concludes that the factors of the life style more neglected by the federal workers are: the feeding and the physical activity. Finally this salient study the importance and the benefits of if extending the understanding on the life style, inside and outside of the companies and organizations of work, and its narrow relation with the quality of life and the health of the people.
