摘要

A major challenge with low field NMR data analysis is estimation of the right number of exponential components. In this work we will demonstrate how PARAFAC core-consistency, using the so-called DoubleSlicing method (1), can help to unambiguously determine the number of exponentials in the signal. The new approach will be demonstrated in a study where we investigate in-situ rennet induced milk gel formation and in-situ mechanically induced gel syneresis using low field nuclear magnetic resonance (LF-NMR) (2).
