摘要

The paper deals with the micro structure evolution of middle alloyed high strength 33NiCrMoV15 steel treated by various quenching rates from rapid to very slow cooling rates. All used heat treatments were simulated on real experimental samples with using of dilatometer DIL805A. Afterward, the samples were observed by light microscopy to describe micro structure after every cooling conditions. Finally, some structure constituents were investigated in more details by in-situ SPM scan and their local mechanical properties were evaluated by quasistatic nanoindentation. Both SPM scan and nanoindentations were performed by nanoindentor Hysitron TI950.
