摘要

HPMA copolymer-bound doxorubicin conjugates targeted with B1 anti-idiotype monoclonal antibody (mAb) are very effective in the treatment of established BCL1 leukemia. The treatment results in a complete cure of BCL1 leukemia-bearing mice and in the establishment of long-term immunological memory which is responsible for resistance of the cured mice against the original tumor.
