Poly[DL-lactide-co-glycolicde] (PLGA)-based microsphere(MS)s containing proteins were prepared from mixture of PLGA and amphiphilic biodegradable AB-type diblock copolymers, poly(depsipeptide-block- lactide)s, by water-in-oil-in-water methods. We investigated the effects of the addition of the diblock copolymers on the homogeneous dispersion of proteins in MSs, and the release behavior and the stability of them.
