An iterative analysis procedure which solves the full non-linear perturbed algebraic eigenvalue equation with the objective of changing one eigenvalue and the corresponding eigenvector is presented. Although the number of parameters which are allowed to change might be significantly less than order of eigenvalue matrix equation the exact solution for a prescribed eigenvalue change is found. A minimization method is used to find the optimum values of the parameters which yield the best approximation of the prescribed eigenvalue and eigenvector.
