Electron-phonon coupling effects in quasi-2D ternary mixed crystals of polar semiconductors

摘要

The interaction between a quasi-two-dimensional confined electron and two branches of LO-phonon modes in a ternary mixed crystal of polar semiconductors is studied. The energies of intermediate coupling polarons are numerically calculated for several systems of III-V compounds. The obvious non-linearity of the phonon energies and polaron masses relative to their compositon is also theoretically found, in special for the systems composed of nitride-bases compounds.
