摘要

Double-walled carbon nanotube (DWNT) film is a potential alternative of ITO, due to its excellent electrical and optical properties. In this paper, laser treatment with appropriate power density is introduced to improve the optical transmission of the DWNT film by removing the adsorbates (H_(2)O, O_(2)) in the film, without any structural change. The enhancement of the optical properties makes the DWNT solar cell a higher conversion efficiency.
